Our relationship with Automated Industrial Robotics (AIR) evolved from our 25+ year partnership with Owens Design. Over two decades, TTG transformed Owens Design from relying solely on legacy on-premise systems to a fully integrated hybrid cloud environment using Azure and Office 365. We maintained their high-end clustering, high-speed networks, and highly segmented clean-room environments.
In late 2025, Owens Design was acquired by AIR. The challenge shifted from managing a single enterprise to integrating a newly acquired entity into a global, cloud-native parent company, while simultaneously taking on support for other US acquisitions, such as TA Systems in Rochester Hills.
TTG operates in a co-managed IT capacity for AIR, providing heavy onsite support (multiple days a week) alongside remote assistance. We partner with their internal VP of IT and another MSP (which handles UK and Ireland operations) to manage all US operations with the trust of AIR leadership.
